TWENTIETH judicial circuit in and for COLLIER county, florida - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on January 14, 2013 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 521, Cypress Glen V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 2593, Page 2733, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
