NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004184 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Patrick Okenka are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B, IN BUILDING 32, OF TROPIC SCHOONER CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO, AS SO DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, PAGES 1567 THROUGH 1723, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST AS TENANT IN COMMON IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
