NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-2151-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and KRISTINE SAVOIE A/K/A KRISTINE M. SAVOIE; KEITH LUCAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTINE M. SAVOIE-LUCAS A/K/A KRISTINE M. SAVOIE; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE 3RD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 48, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 69-70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
