NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-10336-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11is Plaintiff and ABEL GONZALEZ; MARIA GONZALEZ; ANTONIA GONZALEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash THE 3RD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, AMENDED PLAT OF NAPLES MANOR EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
