Final Judgment was awarded on December 17, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 112009CA0034810001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL TOTH A/K/A MICHAEL A. TOTH A/K/A MICHAEL S. TOTH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL TOTH A/K/A MICHAEL A. TOTH A/K/A MICHAEL S. TOTH N/K/A KRISTEN TOTH; GLEN EAGLES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GLENEAGLES COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.: AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) lN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM at Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on January 16, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 5-5, GLENEAGLES II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1474, PAGE 2305, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
