NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0901030CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MARY A. GIONET A/K/A MARY GIONET, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 570, Building E, Stonegate Of Eagle Creek Condominium No. One, according to the Declaration of Condominium and attachments there, recorded in Official Records Book 1348, Pages 1330 through 1408, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
