You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 21 , in Block C, of Laurel Lakes Phase One at Laurelwood, A P.U.D. according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, at Page 32, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Shannon M. Puopolo, Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
