Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-5266-CA of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor of thr Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Apartment Number 4-201, THE ESTUARY OF MARCO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1152, Pages 276 through 371, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. (the “property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
