notice is hereby given that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 006854 00 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS8 was the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. HARRIS, JR., ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
FAMILY UNIT D-6, MODEL VILLAGE UNIT ONE, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 484, PAGE 670, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. A.P.N. 60430960006
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
