NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002359of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking institution, as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and DAVID J. REDSHAW, et al. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the Atrium on the 16 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK G, QUAIL WEST UNIT ONE, REPLAT BLOCKS G AND H, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
