Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-3170 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2704, Phase 27, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 2594, Page 1409; and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
