NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated December 14, 2012, in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003636 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and DAVID B. YOUNG and MAGDELINA M. YOUNG are the Defendants, I will sell the property located in Collier County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
