Unit No. u-104, PIPER'S POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1570, Page 1927 through 2006 and any amendments thereto all in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs attorney Daniel D.
