Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in 11-2010-CA-000642 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and DIOGENES VALERIO; CARMEN VALERIO A/K/A CARMAN M. VALERIO; BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT'S/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on January 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, BRISTOL PINES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
