and commonly known as: 4001 Beneva Road #414, Sarasota, Florida 34233, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10), on April 17, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.
