NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. Case Number: 2009 CA 009278 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT D. SIKORSKI CRISTINA M. SIKORSKI, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO AR NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block C, SOUTH HIGHLAND AN AMENDED PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 93, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 21 day of December, 2012, to all parties on the attached service list.
