MORENO, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 14, BLOCK 575, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 6, 6A 6V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
