NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006828 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY,AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11, ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11 is the Plaintiff and JEREMY M. SIEGEL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, SHADOW LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 67 AND 67A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
