NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 11600 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THOMAS S. KLEIN A/K/A THOMAS KLEIN; KATHRYN'S CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS S. KLEIN A/K/A THOMAS KLEIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, KATHRYN'S CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004197901, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
