NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015638 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset-backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR3 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-FR3, is the Plaintiff and Navir Haddad, Rosa Hernandez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
