VAN DIEN; KAREN R. VAN DIEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; SIENA VILLAS AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 12708, PAGE 1681; AND AMENDED BY DOCUMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12723, PAGE 1095, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION
