NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-005414, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID L. BIRR, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC., MARLENE A. BIRR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 9th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 9, PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
