NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-018064, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and FREDDIE MORALES SR; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVERCREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BETZAIDA MORALES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 5, RIVERCREST PHASE 1B1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
