NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006177 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MUSTO REDZOVIC AKA MUSTO REDZOVIK, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 16th day of January 2013, the following described property:
THE WEST 20.80 FEET OF LOT 18 AND LOT 17, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 20, MAP OF BENJAMINS SECOND ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
