In the Estate of Virginia Eloise Hardin, Case Number 09-0022674, in the Circuit Court for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Please take notice that estate therein claims and interest in an account at UBS Financial Services, Inc. account number TM 06542 EH with a beneficiary in the name of the Living Trust of Virginia Eloise Hardin. A diligent inquiry has been made as to the existence of said Trust, but none appears to exist.
Further, the Estate herein claims the proceeds of an Individual Retirement Account with American Funds that names a beneficiary that does not appear to exist. More specifically, Jamie Barker is listed as a beneficiary and after a diligent inquiry no such person exists.
Notice is hereby given that the Estate will administer the foregoing assets for the benefit of the Estate.
