unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession,

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor of The Place at Channelside Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 26th day of November, 2012, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 18, 2013, the following described property:
Unit 2505, The Place at Channelside, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto; according to the Declaration of Condominium and related documents as recorded in Official Record Book 17856, Pages 1007 et seq. and any amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an exclusive right to use parking space #231, as set forth in said Declaration
and improvements thereon, located at 921 Channelside Drive #2505 Tampa, Florida 33578 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
