NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-12158 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Milton Villavicencio; Unknown spouse of Milton Villavicencio if any; Country Chase Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc.; Country Chase Residential Homeowners Association, Inc.; Country Chase Master Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and John Doe n/k/a Kenneth Marrero are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 14, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 26 of COUNTRY CHASE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 96, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
