NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016941 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC1, is the Plaintiff and Miguel Roman, Monika E. Roman, Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 17th day of January 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
