NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-015516 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JAIME A. CASUSKY, BANK OF AMERICA NA, CARROLLBROOK LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 202, CARROLLWOOD LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED OCTOBER 13, 1983, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4204, PAGE 0349, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
