NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-015362 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Robert E. Engelson, Janice S. Engelson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GN Mortgage, LLC, Tenant #1 n/k/a Mr. Engelson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
