NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018015 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee of J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2006-A5, is the Plaintiff and Tonya B. Carter, Fairoaks South, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Home Loan Center, Inc. d/b/a Lendingtree Loans, Unknown Spouse of Tonya B. Carter, Unknown Tenant 1, Unknown Tenant 2, are defendants I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
