NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-031390 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT5, is the Plaintiff and Brenda Buchmeier, Robert Buchmeier, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 1st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
