NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023136 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Sharon Jackson, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, Wilma Jackson a/k/a Wilma M. Jackson, Felix Arthur Rivera a/k/a Felix Rivera, State of Florida, Tenant #1 NKA Natalia Perez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
