NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002388 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Cesar I. Suarez, Grand Central at Kennedy Residences Condominium Association, Inc., Grand Central at Kennedy Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Cesar I. Suarez (Name Not Provided), are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 14th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 17-08E, BUILDING E, GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17300, BEGINNING AT PAGE 730, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO INCLUDING AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17533, PAGE 1555, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 35, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
