NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 2, 2012, and entered in Case# 11-CA-010001 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY L. GRAVES A/K/A ANTHONY GRAVES; JENNIFER A. GRAVES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 68 FEET OF LOT 31, IN BLOCK 80, OF TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 38, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
