NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 9, 2012, and entered in Case# 11-CA-016541 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT D. MARTIN III A/K/A ROBERT D. MARTIN II; ELLEN MARTIN A/K/A ELLEN MARIE DELGADO; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 A/K/A AMBER MARTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 435.66 FEET OF THE NORTH 765.66 FEET OF THE WEST 611.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19 TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH RANGE 21 EAST HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTH 221.97 FEET OF THE WEST 404.45 FEET THEREOF; AND LESS THE WEST 10 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AS DESCRIBED IN THE INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1280, PAGE 589 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
