NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure November 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007663 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Maurico Galindo; Nancy Galindo; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A.; Montreux and Stillwater Master Association, Inc.; Montreux Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 16, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, MONTREUX - PHASE IV AND V, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
