BUILDING 15, UNIT 18025, THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15349 PAGES 568 THROUGH 708 AND AS AMENDED AND PER PLAT THEREOF AS FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
