NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-019689 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DANIEL FARESE A/K/A DANIEL A. FARESE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL FARESE A/K/A DANIEL A. FARESE IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 84, HAMMOCKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE(S) 45, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
