NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated Noivember 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2009 CA 020378, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and DAVID A. ROYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. ROYER IF ANY; JEFFREY S. LEAVITT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY S. LEAVITT IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY,THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMAINTS; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 5, NORTHDALE-SECTION E, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
