NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006721 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ALEKSEY PETROV; RHONDA PETROV A/K/A RHONDA M. CHAVES A/K/A RHONDA WIGGINS PETROV; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WEST PARK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICK GANSNER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 8-105, PHASE 8, WORTHINGTON AT WEST PARK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 92 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13538, PAGE(S) 77 THROUGH 222, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
