NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-008739 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA NEWSOME; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST CYNTHIA GLASS, DECEASED; CHRISTINA FRANCHON NEWSOME A/K/A CHRISTINA NEWSOME, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CYNTHIA GLASS, DECEASED; AARON C. GLASS, A MINOR IN THE CARE OF HIS SISTER, CHRISTINA FRANCHON NEWSOME, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF CYNTHIA GLASS, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KINGSWAY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JERMAINE GREEN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
