NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-019454 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Travis Ryan Devall; Unknown Spouse of Travis Ryan Devall if any; Sharon A. Devall; Unknown Spouse of Sharon A. Devall if any; Current Tenant(s); Diamond Hill Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) and Diamond Hill Patio Homes Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 14, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 174, DIAMOND HILL PHASE 1A UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
