NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2012 in the above action, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on February 27, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property:
Unit 445 PARK NORTH CHENEY PLACE according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in OR Book 7712 Page 2212 Of the Official Records of Orange County Florida, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with Parking Space number 291 as described in the Declaration of Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
