Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of February 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 19, Waterford Chase East Phase 2, Village D, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 19 through 23, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, with the property address of 884 Crystal Bay Lane, Orlando, FL 32828
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on said land or used in conjunction therewith.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 07-CC-17832 pending in the County Court of the ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale must file a claim with the undersigned Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
