Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-037724-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and DAVID A CUCUZZA A/K/A DAVID CUCUZZA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 68, FOREST MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TEHREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
