Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-018621-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TONY J SISULU, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 35, PHASE G, OF OAKCREST AT SOUTHMEADOW, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8030, PAGE 241, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED AS AN APPURTENANCE IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
