Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-008287-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DAVID ALAN PENNISI, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 86, BLOCK 9, stoneybrook west unit 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Pages 48-50, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
