SILVA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
