NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-33846, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006- 14 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and MANUEL DOMINGUEZ A/K/A MANUEL A DOMINGUEZ RIVERA, DISCOVERY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, FIFTH THIRD BANK, A MICHIGAN BANKING CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR TO R-G CROWN BANK, FSB, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC, ORLANDO HEALTH, INC. F/K/A ORLANDO REGIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM INC, CARMEN DOMINGUEZ A/K/A CARMEN M DOMINGUEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8 day of March, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 13-103, OF DISCOVERY PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8076, AT PAGE 894, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 08752, PAGE 4631, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
